Education Support Program — Enrol, Retain, Empower

Our flagship Education Support Program works to ensure that every child in underserved communities across India has access to quality education. We work with families, schools, and local governments to enrol children who have never been to school and support those at risk of dropping out.

The program provides comprehensive support including school supplies, uniforms, books, mentoring, and family counselling. We also run community awareness campaigns to change mindsets about the value of educating girls, especially in rural areas where early marriage and household work often keep girls out of school.

Our approach: Holistic support for every child

We believe that simply enrolling a girl in school is not enough. Our program ensures that each girl receives the ongoing support she needs to stay in school, perform well academically, and build confidence for her future. From mentorship to health check-ups, we address every barrier that might prevent a girl from completing her education.

Since launching this program, we have enrolled over 5,200 girls across 48 districts. Our retention rate stands at 92%, which means the vast majority of girls we support stay in school and continue their education.
